Ingredients to use:

2				Bitters
1.5				Champagne
0.5				Orange
1				Sugar
1				Maraschino

Directions:

In a double old fashioned glass or large squat tumbler, mash cherry, orange slice and sugar cube together with a muddler to create a puply syrup. Add bitters and champagne. Fill glass with ice and top off with Gentleman Jack.
