1				Bitters
1				Bourbon
0.5				Sugar
1				White Wine

Directions:

Combine bourbon, sugar, and bitters in a mixing glass. Pour into a chilled glass. Top it off with sparkling wine. DO NOT STIR. Garnish with a slice of brandied peach.
