1				Blue Curacao
1.5				Coconut Cream
1				Ice
4				Pineapple Juice
2				Rum

Directions:

Pour all ingredients into a Blender. Blend well at High speed. Pour drink into a Collins glass and garnish with a Pineapple slice or Plastic Monkey.
