Ingredients to use:

1				Southern Comfort
2				Vodka
0.5				Pop Rocks
1				Orange Soda

Directions:

Mix the vodka and soco in a separate cup. Then, add the orange soda and the orange pop rocks and shake it like it's your bitch. When it's all fizzy, pour the vodka/soco mix into the orange soda/pop rocks mix and drink to Georgetown Basketball. Chug that shit, too. Soon, you'll be biznotched. Named after the great Ruben Boumtje Boumtje, of Georgetown Basketball fame.
