Ingredients to use:

1				Amaretto
1				Peach Schnapps
1				Pineapple Juice
1				Southern Comfort
1				Coconut liqueur

Directions:

Since eggnog is only seasonally available, this is a good treat off-season. Add eggs to a small saucepan and beat well. Add milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg and stir. Heat up to low boil to kill bacteria in eggs. Remove from heat. Let stand for 10 minutes and add butterscotch schnapps to taste.
