Ingredients to use:

2				Cinnamon
10				Cloves
5				Coffee
2				Orange
5				Rum
2				Sugar

Directions:

Place all ingredients except the coffee in a chafing dish. Heat gently, slowly add coffee stirring constantly. Ignite and allow to burn for 1 minute. Ladle into cups. Remove the spices. Makes 4-6 servings
