Ingredients to use:

0.25				Amaretto
0.25				Creme de Cacao
0.25				Irish Cream
0.25				Rum

Directions:

Combine ingredients in shot glass and drink straight or pour over ice. Tastes like choc. milk. Make sure to use Dark Amaretto, Malibu rum, and Baliey's otherwise won't taste right.
