1				Irish Cream

Directions:

poor your Guiness into a tall glass, wait for the head to settle, now slowly poor the shot of bailey's into the beer. The Bailey's should sink to the bottom and make the guiness float distinctly on top of it. Now slam the bitter guiness to get to the sweet bailey's.... An Irish Car Bomb!!!
