Ingredients to use:

3.5				Lemon Lime Soda
0.6				Apple Juice
0.5				Pop Rocks
2				Red Bull

Directions:

1. Pour lemon-lime soda into a plastic cup and proceed to stir the contents. 2. While stirring, add the Red Bull or other energy drink slowly. Change stirring direction. 3. Add apple juice, and cease stirring. 4. While the mixture slows spinning, add Pop Rocks. Serve in a martini glass.
