Ingredients to use:

2				Coffee Liqueur
2				Ice Cream
2				Irish Cream
2				Raspberry Schnapps

Directions:

Mix all except Raspberry Schnapps in a blender. Pour the ingredients into a Phil Collins glass until full and pour the Raspberry Schnapps along the edge of the glass. Best served chilled (blend crushed ice if the ice cream is a little runny for best results). Whipped cream and a whole raspberry can be added to the top for added delight.
