2				Bitters
1				Lemon
2				Scotch
0.25				Sugar
0.5				Triple Sec

Directions:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes combine the scotch, triple sec, sugar, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
