Ingredients to use:

1				Blue Curacao
1.5				Cola
1.5				Ice
3				Sweet and Sour mix
1				Vodka

Directions:

Mix 2 parts Long Island Iced Tea mix, 2 parts cola (I prefer coke), 1 part Sweet and Sour mix, and one part Blue Curacao. Mix together in a shaker filled with ice, add a tablespoon of sugar if ya want, and enjoy. I'm not 100% on the amounts, but you should experiment to taste. It should be a dark green color and taste hella good. The name was chosen because it was invented on April 20th, 2002.
