1				Blue Curacao
2				Champagne
1				Gin

Directions:

Mix Bombay Sapphire Gin and Champagne in a shaker with ice. Add Blue Curacao, and shake. Pour into chilled martini glass and serve with a orange-rind spiral garnish.
