Ingredients to use:

4				Coconut Cream
1.5				Irish Cream
2				Pineapple Juice
1.5				Rum
1.5				Vodka

Directions:

Pour above into blender, add ice to fill blender, start on low speed, advance to "blend" speed. Add extra coconut cream/pineapple juice to suit taste. Spear pineapple chunk and cherry on paper umbrella for garnish. Play Bob Marley in the background 8-)
