Ingredients to use:

3				Amaretto
2				Champagne
4				Pineapple Juice
1				Rum

Directions:

Pour 2 or 3oz of Pinapple Juice into a coctail glass that is 1/2 full with crushed ice. Pour in a 1 1/2shots of Amaretto. Add Champagne (depending on taste). Rub 151 on sides and rim of glass, mix in a drop or 2. Light the rim of glass on fire and while lit, chug. Substitute Pinapple Juice with anything fruty, Champagne and 151 are to taste. enjoy!
