Ingredients to use:

1				Calvados
1				Cognac
1				Honey
0.25				Lemon

Directions:

To make one shot, Mix Sweet Clover honey (gourmet honey is preferable) and Hennessey in approximately one tablespoon to one shot ratio (can vary depending on taste). Squeeze juice from about a quarter of a fresh lemon into mixture. Mix and serve at room temperature as a deliciously mellow and refined drink.
