Ingredients to use:

1				Creme de Menthe
1				Green Chartreuse
2				Jack Daniels

Directions:

Mix together 1 shot of Green Chartreuse, 1 shot of Creme de Menthe and 2 shots of Whiskey (it can be any whiskey but I use JD becuase it's what I've normally got it) and then drink it. A simple drink to get you hammered really quickly (I discovered the combination in a book called Liquor by Poppy Z Brite and it's since become one of my favourite drinks).
