| Directions: | This (famous drink) is really an old fashioned kind of Lime Daiquiri that they all used to drink back in the 20's in Havanna. Its pretty easy: just pour in your desired amount of Baquardi White Rum over lots of ice in a large glass and then an equal amount (depending on how strong you would like it) of club soda. Add the simple syrup (or just equal parts sugar+water pre-mixed) Dash or two of bitters, lots of quatered limes and chopped mint. Give it a good stir... keep drinking the Cowans until the sunset arrives, consciousness is lost, or a conversation with Castro begins. |
