Ingredients to use:

2.5				Bourbon
0.5				Creme de Menthe
1				Lime juice
5				Mint
1				Sugar
1				Water

Directions:

Blend all ingredients (except carbonated water) in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and serve.
