10				Milk
1				Sugar
2				Vanilla Extract
1.3				Vodka

Directions:

heat up some milk in a pot or kettle. Whole milk works best. Add 1.3 oz vodka, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla. You can also skip the heating of the milk and add ice for a good Keoka Chill.
