Ingredients to use:

3.5				Apple Cider
2				Bitters
2.5				Bourbon
2				Lemon juice
0.25				Vermouth

Directions:

Add apple cider, bourbon, sweet vermouth, and bitters into cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Squirt lemon juice to taste, garnish with sauerkraut.
