In blender, mix all ingredients except champagne. Add 1/4-1/2 cup powdered sugar or splenda depending on preference for sweetness. Use more ice if needed...you want a very thick "paste," as you will blend w/ champagne and want to maintain a "frozen drink" consistancy. Also, for a more intense fruit flavor, add a cup of real apricots. Last, in a large pitcher, blend Fuzzy mix with Champagne. Serve in chilled glasses. Enjoy!
For a shortcut, use Bacardi Fuzzy Navel frozen mix concentrate in lieu of peaches and orange juice, though you may need to cut the mix then w/ club soda or just more champagne! |
