0.5 oz.  Brandy
0.5 oz. Coconut Cream
0.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz. light rum Rum
0.5 oz. OVAL Vodka

Measure all ingredients into a blender. Can mix either 1 tablespoon strawberry jelly (not preserves) or 1/2 tablespoon red grenadine. (The jelly is better). Then add 1 1/2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth. This recipe came straight from the beautiful "isla de cozumel". It will hit you before you know it! |
