1. oz. Tequila
6 oz. (188 ml) Clamato Juice
3 good dashes (1 tsp. (5 ml)) Worcestershire sauce
2 or 3 shakes of Tobasco Sauce
Couple of shakes of "The Perfect Spice" - can be found at www.perfectspice.com
2 tsp. (10 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
I like it with a salt rim - rim glass with squeezed section of the lime and invert in celery salt. Add ice cubes, then ingredients (tequila second last before the Clamato juice) and garnish with a tender stalk (no more than 20 cm long) from the center of a head of fresh celery.
