Mexican Wave drink recipe

Using a medium sized, pre-chilled wide glass, add the rum and tequila to glass. Then add the tabasco and stir. Then add the soda slowly to the mix. Then add the blue curacao to the mix, but only after the mix has settled (stopped stiring). After add the sugar and let it sit at the bottom. The mixture may fizz when the sugar is added, but don't be alarmed. Garnish with a single ice cube floating in mixture. And drink, no need for straws. This should come out looking as though the sugar is the sand at the bottom of the sea and the blue alcohol is the sea or ocean.
