0.5				Irish Cream
2				Milk
1				Peppermint Schnapps
0.1				Sugar

Directions:

Place ice in a shaker, add your shot of peppermint schnapps and half shot of irish cream in, top up with milk. shake, and pour into a martini glass, that has had the rim sugared, and garnise with a mint leaf.
