0.5 oz  Banana
0.75 cup crushed Ice
1.0 oz Irish Cream
0.5 oz Mint
2.0 oz coconut Rum
0.5 oz Strawberries

Put ice, strawberrries, and bananas into a blender and blend for 5 seconds. Add malibu, and Bailey's and blend until there is a smoothie-like consistency. Finally add mint leaves into blender and stir, not blend. Pour into a suitable glass and serve. |
