1				Vodka
0.5				Red Bull
1.5				Hpnotiq liqueur

Directions:

First fill a highball glass with ice then pour in the hypnotiq (you are going for a layered drink blue on bottom yellow on top). Then slowly add the vadka and top with red bull. Serve to companion and as the name says........
