0.5				Peach Schnapps
4				Pineapple Juice
0.5				Rum

Directions:

Fill high ball glass with ice, add 1/2 oz of peach schnapps, 1/2 oz coconut rum and fill the rest of the way with pineapple juice. (Variation: substitute pineapple juice with orange juice)
