I was bored one night, and couldn't find anything to do with just schnapps, and decided to experiment. It turned out great. The consistency was ok, but I like a harder consistency so I put it in the freezer fo 20 minutes.
Note: To make it easier on your blender, you should add the ice cream in little chunks. |
