0.5				Cola
0.5				Vodka

Directions:

Buy a one liter bottle or Coca-cola, pour half of it out, fill it back up with the cheapest vodka possible (I recommend Mr. Boston's Vodka), cap it, shake it lightly, uncap and enjoy on a form of public transportation while heading downtown to free concerts.
