Ingredients to use:

1				Chocolate
1				Jack Daniels
3				Tabasco
1				Vodka

Directions:

Mix in a glass and stir. Knock it back, slam glass on nearest hard surface (table, desk, worksurface or failing the former, drinking buddy) and shout "F*CKOFF!!" at the top of your voice. Works great in groups.
