Basically, this is an Irish boilermaker. Use Guinness or Murphy's Stout and a shot of good Irish whiskey (Scotch will work in a pinch, bourbon not recommended). Given the "meal in a bottle" nature of Irish stouts, you may want to avoid slamming this one and sip conservatively at it.
