Ingredients to use:

2				Coffee Liqueur
8				Milk
2				Rum
0.5				Triple Sec
2				Vodka

Directions:

Put half a cup of ice in a blender with the 1/2 oz. of triple sec. Blend for 15 seconds on low. Then add everything else and blend for 1 minute or until purified.
