Ingredients to use:

0.5				Vodka
1				Water
2				Kool-Aid

Directions:

Put enough blue koolaid powder to make two quarts in a 3 liter bottle. Add 1/2 handle of vodka. fill with water. Shake and chill. Use more or less vodka to taste.
