1				Ice Cream
2				Irish Cream
1				Peppermint Schnapps

Directions:

place all ingredients in a shaker, shake well!!. you might add a little more milk/cream to thin it out if too thick. pour entire mix into tall glass and garnish with a cherry or mint sprig.
