Ingredients to use:

1				Brandy
3				Champagne
0.25				Lemon juice
0.5				Triple Sec
0.5				Applejack

Directions:

Combine and shake all ingredients (except champagne). Pour contents into a Highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with chilled champagne, stir lightly, and serve.
