| Directions: | This is for 2 8oz/highball servings. Divide quantities in half for single. Put SoCo, Schnapps, and ice into blender and blend until smooth. Should equal 750ml in the blender. Add Pina Colada mix to the 1000ml line, (about 250ml), and add the blue curacao. Blend until uniformly blue. Pour into highball glasses and garnish with pineapple slice.
Alternatively, after blending Soco, Schnapps, and ice, add pina colada mix only. Blend until smooth and creamy. Put one shot of blue curacao into each highball glass and then pour the mix from the blender into it. It should look like a blue sky with clouds.
