| Ingredients: |
2.0 inch  sticks Cinnamon
10.0 each whole Cloves
5.0 oz. hot Coffee
2.0 each twists Orange
5.0 oz. dark Rum
2.0 tablespoon Sugar

| Directions: |
Place all ingredients except the coffee in a chafing dish. Heat gently, slowly add coffee stirring constantly. Ignite and allow to burn for 1 minute. Ladle into cups. Remove the spices. Makes 4-6 servings |
