3				Coffee Liqueur
3				Milk
2				Vodka
2				Root Beer

Directions:

Similar to the Canadian Paralyzer,add the kahlua first, then the milk,vodka, and Dr.Pepper in preferably a 16oz. glass. Stir for 5 seconds. When you taste it it almost has a chocolate taste to it
