3				Cranberry juice
1				Ice
1				Lime juice
2				Vodka
0.5				Chambord

Directions:

place all the ingredients except ice in a metal shaker (preferably not aluminum)add Ice and shake until the the shaker frosts up. pour into a wide-mouth Martini glass, and garnish with re-runs of Sex in the City. best drunk very cold , with frequent re-fills, make them one at a time to burn off the calories.
