1.0 chilled  Champagne
1.5 oz. Gin
0.5 each Lemon juice
1.0 tsp. powdered Sugar

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake and strain into a large glass and add ice. Finish off with champagne. |
