1.0 oz. Coconut Cream
1.0 tsp. Grenadine
4.0 dashes Milk
0.5 oz. unsweetened Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz. Light Rum

Combine all ingredients in a blender with about 3 oz. of crushed ice. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass. If you wish, you can serve this drink in a pineapple. |
