first, pour grenadine into the bottom of a tall glass. on the side, blend the coconut cream evenly with the rum, to create an equal part coconut-and-rum to the amount of blue curacao you will use. swirl the blue curacao and the coconut-and-rum together into the glass over the grenadine, creating a beautiful marbeled appearance. garnish with pineapple, apple or orange on a toothpick. when imbibing, one may stir the grenadine up into the curacao-coconut-and-rum for an even sweeter taste. |
