3.0 dashes  Angostura Bitters
1.0 each Stick Cinnamon
1.0 tsp Honey
1.0 each Peel Lemon
1.0 fill with Boiling Water
2.5 oz. Applejack

Put honey in a warmed, heat-proof mug and add enough boiling water to dissolve honey. Add bitters, applejack, and fill with boiling water. Garnish with lemon peel and cinnamon stick. |
