1.0 oz  Club Soda
1.0 Lime
2.0 sprigs Mint
1.0 oz light Rum
3.0 tbsp Sugar

In a rocks glass, pour rum over ice. In a mortar, crush mint and sugar. Add club soda to mortar mix and pour over ice. Meanwhile, squeeze juice of one young lime. Add to glass. Drink Many. Preferably, on Matt's deck! |
