1				Banana Liqueur
3				Orange juice
1				Rum

Directions:

Stick the lot in a shaker with ice. Give it hell and then strain into a tall glass filled with ice. If you want you can squeeze in some lemon/lime/orange and then garnish with a slice or wedge of either. Whatever you want.
