Ingredients to use:

0.5				Amaretto
0.5				Coconut Cream
6				Ice
2				Pineapple Juice
1				Rum

Directions:

Put half the ice in a blender and add the rum, Amaretto, coconut cream and pineapple juice, and blend for twenty seconds. Put the remaining ice in ahighball glass and pour the cocktail over it. Decorate with a slice of pineapple and drink with a straw
