Ingredients to use:

12				Beer
0.125				Cinnamon
0.125				Nutmeg
2				Sugar
2				Water
1				Port

Directions:

In a beer mug, dissolve the sugar in the water. Carefully pour the stout to give a 1/2-inch head. Float the port. Garnish with the nutmeg and the cinnamon.
