Ingredients to use:

5				Ice
4				Orange juice
4				Vodka
4				Hpnotiq liqueur

Directions:

In a pint glass or large mug/glass, put in ice cubes. Pour in 4oz. HpnotiQ, then 4oz. Orange Grey Goose or other premium Vodka (Stoli works well, so does Belvedere, but Goose is preferred). Finally, pour in 4oz. orange juice and stir. Equal parts make for the correct coloration, which should be near-radioactive green, or the Ooze from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, from which the drink's name is derived.
